- egg - 10 pcs.
- relish "Veres" - 1 jar
- mayonnaise - 6 tbsp.
- green onions (or schnitt onions) - 1 bundle
- black pepper
Boil, cool and peel the eggs. Cut them in half. Gently remove the yolk from the eggs and put into a bowl.
Smash the yolks with mayonnaise to a homogeneous mass. Add the relish "Veres" and mix well. Cover the bowl and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.
Fill the halves of the eggs with a mixture of yolks. Chop the onion and decorate the halves of the eggs. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and serve.
