Juicy burger

Recommend to friends:
  • 50 g sliced tomato
  • lettuce leaf
  • 20 g sliced cheese
  • 10 g bulb onion
  • 3 tbsp. Veres relish with mustard and sweet pepper
  • 1 tsp. ketchup
  • 1 bun
For ground beef cutlet:
  • 150 g beef
  • 1 tbsp. fat
  • 25 g bulb onion
  • 3 drops worcestershire sauce
  • 5 g parsley
  • 1 tsp. of Veres hot mustard
  • 1 tsp. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • chili pepper, salt, black pepper to taste

Overwind beef and fat on a meat grinder, combine it with chili pepper, chopped parsley, mustard, ketchup, water, worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper.


Create cutlets (2 cm thick) and fry each side for 1-2 minutes for each. Then it should stay under foil for 2 minutes.


Cut bun in half and grill it.


Lay out layers: place lettuce leaf on the bun bottoms, spread with Veres relish; put cutlet and spread with Veres relish, put tomato, cheese, ketchup, close burger with the bun top.
