Chickpea Balls with Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:
  • chickpea "Veres" - 1 can
  • vegetable salad "Veres" - 1 jar
  • onion - 1 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs - 1 glass
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • fresh ginger root (grated) - 1 tsp.
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 2 tsp.
  • pepper mix - 1 tsp.
  • olive olive - 1 tbsp.
  • rice - for garnish
  • cilantro

Grind chickpeas, peeled onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, soy sauce, grated ginger and a mixture of peppers in a blender. Mix it well. Form chickpea balls and place on a tray covered with parchment and oiled with olive oil. Spray the chickpea balls with olive oil and cook for 30 minutes in an oven heated to 180°C.

Boil rice.

Mix the vegetable salad “Veres” with ready chickpea balls and heat them. Serve with rice. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
