Crumble Cake with Strawberry Jam

Recommend to friends:
  • strawberry jam "Veres" - 650 g
  • flour - 400 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • butter - 225 g
  • egg - 1 pc
  • oat flakes - 100 g
  • vanilla extract - ½ tsp
  • ground ginger - ½ tsp

Mix 300 g of flour, 100 g of sugar and 150 g of cold oil in a blender. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Wrap the dough in foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.


Cover the baking tray with parchment. Take out the chilled dough and roll it out to size into the baking tray. Place the dough on the baking tray. Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.


Mix 100 g of flour and 75 g of cold butter in a blender      for oatmeal chips. Add ground ginger and oatmeal, mix thoroughly and quickly.


Smear evenly the layer of cake with strawberry jam "Veres" and sprinkle an oatmeal on the top. Bake the cake in the oven until cooked.
