Avocado Halves with Vegetable and Shrimps

Ingredients:
  • avocado - 4 pcs
  • shrimps - 100 g
  • green peas "Veres" - 420 g
  • sweet corn "Veres" - 340 g
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • dill - 10 g
  • salt, black pepper - to taste

Boil shrimps in salted water and cool.

Mix peas, corn and shrimp in a large bowl. Season with lemon juice, mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.

Cut the avocado into halves and remove the seed.

Fill the halves of avocado with salad, place on a plate and decorate with dill.
