- white fish fillet - 600 g
- burger buns - 3 pcs
- bread - 1 slice
- cucumber fresh - 2 pcs
- arugula – 1 bundle
- Zucchini Spread “Veres” – 500 g
- egg white - 1 pc
- hot mustard “Veres” - 1 tbsp
- parsley - 50 g
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- salt, black pepper - to taste
Mince fish and a slice of bread in a blender. Chop the parsley green finely. Mix fish fillet, parsley, egg white, mustard, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Prepare 3 cutlets.
Fry the cutlets during 3 minutes on each side.
Cut cucumbers into thin circles.
Cut burger buns into halves and brown in the oven under the grill.
Smear the bottom half of the bun with zucchini spread "Veres", lay out a handful of arugula, cucumbers and fish cutlets. Put another spoon of zucchini spread "Veres" on the cutlet and cover with other half of the bun.
