Breakfast granola

Recommend to friends:
For mix of fruit and cereal:
  • 300 g rolled flakes
  • 200 g chopped nuts
  • 200 g dried fruits
For syrup:
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 6 tbsp. Veres strawberry jam
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup fruit juice
  • ground cinnamon, anise, vanilla to taste
  • maple syrup to taste
Cooking:

Mix all ingredients for syrup with table spoon.

Add rolled flakes, favorite nuts and dry in an oven at 90-100°C for 3-4 hours. It should become crispy without changing in color. Then increase the temperature to 150-160 °C and cook it for 40-50 minutes stirring a mixture. Then ready mixture should cool down for an hour. Готовая гранола должна остыть в течение часа.

Cut dried fruits and add to mixture. Save it in a pot with lid. Pour with milk, yogurt or juice, add fresh berries.
