- 300 g rolled flakes
- 200 g chopped nuts
- 200 g dried fruits
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 6 tbsp. Veres strawberry jam
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup fruit juice
- ground cinnamon, anise, vanilla to taste
- maple syrup to taste
Mix all ingredients for syrup with table spoon.
Add rolled flakes, favorite nuts and dry in an oven at 90-100°C for 3-4 hours. It should become crispy without changing in color. Then increase the temperature to 150-160 °C and cook it for 40-50 minutes stirring a mixture. Then ready mixture should cool down for an hour. Готовая гранола должна остыть в течение часа.
Cut dried fruits and add to mixture. Save it in a pot with lid. Pour with milk, yogurt or juice, add fresh berries.
