Skewers with Salmon and Pickled Cucumbers

Ingredients:
  • salmon fillet - 500 g
  • potatoes - 500 g
  • pickled cucumbers "Veres" - 500 g
  • whole grain mustard "Veres" - 2 tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
  • lemon - 1 pc
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt, black pepper - to taste

Boil the potatoes until ready. Chill the potatoes in cold water and slice.

Press the juice out of one lemon's half. Cut the other half into slices.

Mix 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp mustard, ½ tsp salt and pepper to taste for marinade.

Cut salmon fillet, mix with marinade and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Make the skewers with potatoes, salmon, lemon and pickled cucumbers "Veres". Spread a small amount of olive oil on the top of skewers and place on a tray. Cook the skewers in the oven until ready.

Serve with mustard relish "Veres".
