Stewed spicy veal with vegetables

Recommend to friends:
  • 400 g veal
  • 3 tbsp. oliveoil
  • 100 g bulb onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 tbsp. Veres hot sauce spicy&salty
  • 1 anise
  • 10 fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp. curcuma
  • ¾ cup water
  • salt, black pepper to taste

Cut onion, zucchini, eggplant, sweet pepper, tomatoes into half rings. Cut veal into small pieces, chop garlic.


Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on little heat. Place onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add all vegetables and cook for 5 minutes until vegetables have caramel skin.


Put veal in other frying pan and cook for 2 minutes until the skin is browned. Than put all ingredients in a stewpan, add Veres hot sauce spicy&salty, spices, water, and stew it for 3 hours.
