- beans with mushrooms "Veres" - 1 jar
- cauliflower - 600 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- edible yeast (on request) - 3 tbsp.
- Dijon mustard "Veres" - 1 tbsp.
- thyme - 4 branches
- ground nutmeg - pinch
- salt, black pepper - to taste
Divide cauliflower into inflorescences, wash and boil for 15 minutes. Drain the water, make cauliflower mash. Add olive oil, dijon mustard "Veres", food yeast, nutmeg, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place a layer of beans with mushrooms "Veres" in a high baking dish, then - a layer of cabbage puree. Place thyme branches on top, splash with olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes at 200 °C. Serve hot.
