Since 1997 mushroom subdivision of Veres has been considered one of the biggest in Europe. Our own laboratory controls quality at all stages: growth, ripeness and storing. For 20 years we have been supplying to consumer market high-quality mushroom preservation which is used for cooking of complex meals or sophisticated appetizers. Sterilized champignons can be fried, stewed or eaten with any dressing. As for pickled mushrooms this is a ready-to-eat appetizer or ingredient for complex salads.
