Thick soup with sausages and baked beans with vegetables

Recommend to friends:
  • baked beans with vegetables "Veres" - 530 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • pumpkin - 200 g
  • sausages boiled-smoked - 150 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • chicken or beef broth - 300 ml
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • chili pepper - pinch
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • sun dried tomatoes - for serving

Cut the sausages into thin slices and the pumpkin into small cubes. Chop the garlic and onion.


Heat the vegetable oil in the saucepan and brown the sausages. Remove the sausages with a sieve and store until serving.


Into the saucepan put the onions and garlic, stir-fry until golden brown. Add pumpkin, paprika, oregano and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Pour broth, bring to a boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes.


Put the smoked beans into the saucepan with vegetables. Season with salt, pepper black and chili, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Grind everything with a blender and season again to taste.


Serve with fried sausages and sun dried tomatoes or greens.
