- pickled cherry tomatoes "Veres" - 1 can
- mozzarella - 200 g
- basil - 1 bundle
- olive oil - 4 tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- salt - to taste
- black pepper - to taste
Make skewers with pickled cherry tomatoes "Veres", mozzarella balls and a third of basil leaves.
Grind one third of basil leaves in a blender with lemon juice for basil sauce. Add olive oil, a pinch of pepper and salt
Place the remaining basil leaves and a bowl with basil sauce in the center of the plate. Lay out skewers with tomatoes and mozzarella around them.
