Ingredients::
  • fresh champignons Veres - 300 g
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • grated hard or processed cheese - 50 g
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • garlic pepper
Cooking:

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and chop finely. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry onion with mushrooms until golden brown and soft. Cool mushrooms and mix with cheese, sour cream, garlic pepper and salt. Punch with a blender until a coarse puree.
